1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@plosupplies.com to request a return label. Ensure that:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item is shipped back within 14 days of your return request.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics, personal care, or hygiene products (unless defective).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable goods.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you about your refund status. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact info@plosupplies.com within 14 days for an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
4. Return Shipping
- If returning due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If returning due to faulty or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
